Introducing Coach John – Our Newest Team Member!
We’re excited to welcome Coach John to our coaching staff! He will be leading our newest program: Strength and Conditioning Training—designed specifically for athletes across all sports.
This training is tailored for all experience levels and focuses on building strength, improving agility, and enhancing overall athletic performance. It’s open to students in 6th grade and above. This is a time when the floor, mats, and trampoline are available for the athletes to use on their own accord with no structured time with coaches. Â Coaches are there to monitor all athletes and provide verbal assistance and some spotting but please be mindful of everyone attending the open gym time. Floor space is also available for cheer stunting and spotting/ assistance is available.
